Benji Peck, born in Texas and raised in Oklahoma, is an artist working in oils. His often bold, gestural style accompanies an appreciation for the raw materials themselves.

The grandson of a Pentecostal minister and an Apostolic, rice farmer, his deeply religious, Southern upbringing informs many of the themes with which he grapples in his work. His art is an exploration of the interconnectedness between seemingly disparate ideas and the desire to hold two abstractions together as different sides of the same coin.

Benji is the Creative Director at Peck Design Associates™(PDA), a Visual Identity Design Studio in Nashville, TN. He has worked with clients locally, nationally, and abroad for more than 17 years.

“Brand identity design is where art, science, and psychology converge. The act of creating, be it as an artist or as a designer is a calling. It’s not something that you choose, but rather the thing that chooses you.”
